“Getting the opportunity to stay and spend the night in the Knotty Pine Cottage was such an unexpected treat!

We lost power in town after a storm pulled through Bandera and not only did we need a place to shower but a place to stay for the night! We were so lucky to find out that Josie’s homestead had availability for the night!! It didn’t matter the time we checked in we were welcomed even late in the evening. It’s so quiet and peaceful, close to town, private entry, checked in and immediately felt at home!

It’s very cozy and has all the amenities you need and if you’re in need of a kitchen it’s equipped with all the specs! We loved all the essentials and essential oils, the bed sheets were so soft and comfy! There’s a sweet touch of “feel like home” in every corner!

Whether staying for one night or longer I could call this sweet place a home away from home! Thank you for accommodating us for the night! We’d most definitely do it again to enjoy the pool!”

Inside, the RV is thoughtfully designed with a spacious living area, Roku TVs, leather love seats, and a full-size refrigerator. The king-size bed promises a restful night’s sleep, and the outdoor picnic areas are perfect for soaking in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
