Dependable, personable, and experienced RV’ing couple seeking seasonal positions at campgrounds, RV parks, state and regional parks, or resort properties. We offer a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the versatility to handle both guest-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes maintenance tasks. With years of multiple RV and Homes ownership, we are able to utilize many transferrable skills to our RV Workcamp opportunities. 🏕️ GUEST SERVICES & FRONT DESK OPERATIONS
  • Greet guests upon arrival with friendly, professional hospitality
  • Process check-ins and check-outs
  • Verify reservations and assign RV sites
  • Collect payments (cash, credit card, online systems)
  • Issue parking passes, gate codes, and Wi-Fi information
  • Answer phones, emails, and online booking inquiries
  • Provide information about park amenities, rules, and local attractions
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally
💻 RESERVATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
  • Manage reservation systems (online platforms + direct bookings)
  • Update availability calendars
  • Process cancellations and refunds per policy
  • Maintain guest records and registration forms
  • Prepare daily reports (occupancy, revenue, arrivals/departures)
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • File paperwork and maintain organized records
  • Assist with marketing efforts (social media posts, flyers, events)
💰 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process daily cash drawer and reconcile payments
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Maintain petty cash records

  • Monitor utility billing (if applicable for long-term stays)
📞 COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION

  • Filling potholes and leveling RV pads
  • Maintaining fences, gates, and signage
  • Cleaning fire pits and picnic areas
🚐 RV SITE MAINTENANCE
  • Inspecting and repairing water hookups
  • Checking and maintaining electrical pedestals (30/50-amp service)
  • Inspecting sewer connections and ensuring proper function
  • Ensuring site numbers and markers are visible and maintained
  • Cleaning and resetting sites after guest departure
🚿 FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
  • Cleaning and maintaining bathhouses/restrooms
  • Restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
  • Repairing plumbing leaks and minor electrical issues
  • Maintaining laundry facilities
  • Ensuring water heaters and septic systems function properly
🔧 REPAIRS & GENERAL MAINTENANCE
  • Minor plumbing repairs (leaky faucets, broken valves)
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting
